Steel fabrication has been at the core of Had-Fab since the beginning and we are continuously striving to increase our capabilities and meet our client’s needs.
Had-Fab has 25 years’ experience in the steel fabrication industry and is suitably positioned to tackle the most complex of projects. We combine the skills of our experienced staff with the use of automation to streamline and refine the steel fabrication process. Using this method, we have the flexibility to work on intricate fabrications and unconventional designs.
Our range of FICEP and Vernet Behringer CNC machinery can process all sizes of angles, channels, hollow sections, columns and beams from 45x45x5 equal angles to 1016x305x487 universal beams. We can punch, drill, cut, shape and bend sections to meet design requirements and regularly handle large, heavy sections.
Due to the flexibility of our staff and increased investment in machinery, Had-Fab are able to fabricate one-off projects with ease or can tackle high volume repeat, complex projects. Over the years, Had-Fab has made a significant capital investment in machinery, equipment and with a new £2million extension to our facilities have furthered our in-house fabrication capabilities by 16,500 square feet.
With a manufacturing site with an excess of 600,000 square feet, Had-Fab has two large steel fabrication workshops serviced by overhead gantry cranes which can lift up to a maximum of 10-tonnes. We also have an extensive capacity for storage to support all of our clients’ requirements, giving the option for product call off or delayed delivery.
In order to facilitate an expedited service for our clients, we hold an extensive stock of black steel at our manufacturing site in Scotland.
