At Had Fab, we believe that creating a safe and healthy working environment is a collective effort — and one that starts with individuals who care, lead by example, and go the extra mile. Our Health & Safety Employee of the Month initiative recognises those who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the business.
For May, we are delighted to announce Andrew Brawn as our Health & Safety Employee of the Month!
Andrew only joined Had Fab last month as part of our cleaning team, but his impact has been immediate and impressive. From day one, Andrew brought with him a strong background in workplace hygiene and safety best practices — and he wasted no time in putting his knowledge into action.
By identifying areas for improvement in our existing cleaning routines and sharing his expertise with colleagues, Andrew helped revamp our internal cleaning processes to ensure a safer, cleaner, and more efficient environment for everyone. His proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to speak up about potential improvements have made a real difference in a short space of time.
“Andrew’s initiative and commitment to safety have not gone unnoticed,” said Martin Ward, Deputy MD/CFO. “His contributions go far beyond his role and reflect the values we champion here at Had Fab. He’s a brilliant example of how fresh perspectives can bring meaningful change.”
Andrew’s recognition as Employee of the Month is more than well deserved, and his story reminds us that safety leadership comes from all corners of the organisation.
Well done, Andrew!
Stay tuned each month as we continue to highlight the people who make safety a priority at Had Fab.
