At Had Fab we place high importance on Corporate Social Responsibility and over the years we have built an excellent reputation with our proactive approach in implementing initiatives for the environment, community and for holding the highest standards of Health & Safety.

Our commitments to CSR entail a number of policies and practices that shape our operations. Some of our recent initiatives are as follows:

• We have increased sustainability and reduced carbon footprint via extensive use of biomass heating and low energy lighting systems.
• Invested in training and development with focus on an apprenticeship program
• Supported local schools in work experience, career awareness and attending career fairs
• Supported the community and acted as a PPE distribution point early in the pandemic
• Provided a storage and distribution service for the water supplies each year for the Edinburgh Marathon
• Community and charitable support via sponsorship’s and donations.
