Had Fab is a leading fabrication company that produces high-quality products for a range of industries. We innovate, design and manufacture across the rapidly growing energy sector, supporting the drive towards net zero.

This role offers an opportunity to be a key member of the Had Fab project delivery team for UK infrastructure projects. You will be working alongside an experienced, dynamic and innovative team.

The primary function of the role is to manage project costs and develop contractual relationships as well as:

• Project Contract/Commercial Management
• Cost Management
• Prepare, validate and agreement of interim applications for payment and final accounts
• Prepare monthly reports
• Complete savings report for internal records
• Risk Management
• Preparing and pricing project variations
• Contract Change Control
• Attending / leading Commercial / Contract meetings
• Comply with Quality Management Systems, processes and procedures
• Valuations & Variations – Presenting detailed information on the cost of particular elements of work on a periodic basis to enable payment for those works carried out to date.
• Organising the project into its component work packages, then awarding these work packages to smaller, more specialised companies (subcontractors) and, in that process, finding out who offers the best deal.
• Dealing with contractual and legal matters.
• Managing costs to make sure that the initial budget isn’t exceeded.
• Arranging payments and, at the end of a project, settling the final accounts.

Days/Hours of Work:  39 hours Monday to Friday

This role requires the ideal candidate to be in the office for a minimum of 4 days
