At Had Fab, safety isn’t just a policy, it’s a core value that shapes how we work every day. That’s why we’re proud to shine a spotlight on those team members who go above and beyond in creating a safer workplace for everyone.
This March, we’re pleased to recognise Jack Riva as our Health and Safety Employee of the Month.
Jack became part of the Had Fab team in September 2024, joining us shortly after the introduction of our new fixed machinery competency management system. Since day one, Jack has shown a strong commitment to learning and adhering to best practices. Under the guidance of one of our skilled C4 operators, Jack underwent hands-on training and successfully completed our internal assessment in January 2025.
What truly sets Jack apart is his exceptional attention to detail and his proactive approach to safety on the shop floor. Whether it’s following procedure or supporting others in doing the same, Jack consistently puts health and safety at the forefront of every task he tackles.
At Had Fab, we believe that recognising outstanding contributions like Jack’s, helps foster a culture where safety and responsibility are second nature. Jack’s dedication not only enhances our standards, it inspires those around him to take safety just as seriously.
Congratulations to Jack on this well-earned recognition, and for playing such a key role in workplace safety.
