Celebrating Health and Safety Excellence: Had Fab’s Employee of the Month for September – Conrad Campbell

At Had Fab, we believe that health and safety is at the core of everything we do. As a leading fabrication company providing high-quality, bespoke solutions, the safety and well-being of our employees is a top priority, and we’re committed to fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to work safely and responsibly.

This commitment is exemplified through our Health and Safety Employee of the Month scheme, which was established to highlight and reward employees who go above and beyond in ensuring a safe workplace. The initiative not only recognises individual achievements but also promotes best practice and encourages the team to uphold the highest safety standards.

For September, we’re proud to announce Conrad Campbell, one of our dedicated Site Supervisors, as Health and Safety Employee of the Month. Conrad’s proactive approach to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and leadership on-site have made him a standout in the Had Fab team. His dedication to ensuring every task is performed was demonstrated to the highest standard during a recent tower check erection where Connor set a Health and Safety benchmark for his colleagues.

Why Health and Safety Matter at Had Fab

Operating in the steel fabrication industry, Had Fab understands that working with heavy materials and machinery requires stringent health and safety measures. The risks associated with industrial fabrication make it critical that every team member is trained, vigilant, and constantly aware of potential hazards.

Our Health and Safety Employee of the Month scheme reinforces this mindset by encouraging employees to continuously focus on safety protocols. By recognising individuals like Conrad and our focus on safety standards and procedures, Had Fab  fosters a culture of accountability, where each employee takes ownership of their safety and that of their teammates.

Our Health and Safety Employee of the Month scheme isn’t just about celebrating individual achievement—it’s about ensuring a safer, more efficient workplace for everyone. By encouraging all employees to prioritise safety, we’re able to maintain high standards across the board and improve overall project outcomes.

Had Fab’s focus on safety isn’t only a matter of compliance; it’s a core value that drives our daily operations. We believe that when employees feel safe, they can perform at their best, which ultimately leads to more successful projects and satisfied clients.

We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken and the initiatives we have in place to ensure our team members return home safe every day. Through schemes like this, we will continue to build on that legacy and uphold the values that make Had Fab a leader in the steel fabrication industry.
