Celebrating Safety Excellence: Had Fab’s Health & Safety Employee of the Month – April 2025
At Had Fab, safety isn’t just a priority — it’s part of who we are. As a leader in structural engineering and metal fabrication, we recognise that our success depends not only on technical excellence but also on a workplace culture where health and safety are second nature.
To champion this commitment, we introduced our Health and Safety Employee of the Month initiative. This programme celebrates team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional awareness, responsibility, and initiative in maintaining a safe working environment. It’s our way of recognising those who go the extra mile to protect themselves and those around them.
We’re proud to announce that Anthony Dalrymple has been named our Health and Safety Employee of the Month for April 2025. Anthony was nominated for his proactive approach to fire prevention, successfully completing training alongside one of our apprentices. His leadership and hands-on support not only strengthened our safety practices but also helped build confidence and skills within the next generation of our workforce.
