At Had Fab Ltd, we are proud to announce the launch of a heartfelt new tradition — the Jayne Harrison Challenge, an annual event created in memory of a woman who shaped the very foundations of our company and left an indelible mark on all our lives.
Jayne Harrison, one of Had Fab’s founding directors, sadly passed away earlier this year after a courageous battle with cancer. More than a leader, Jayne was a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration— her resilience, compassion, and unwavering dedication to others was the heartbeat of our business. Jayne’s legacy lives on, not only in the work we do, but in the way we care for one another.
A Challenge Worthy of Her Spirit
To honour Jayne’s memory and celebrate the extraordinary life she lived, we are launching an annual endurance challenge in her name. Every year, the Had Fab team will take on a new physical test of teamwork, determination and community spirit — qualities Jayne embodied daily.
This year, we’re starting with one of the UK’s most iconic trials: The National Three Peaks Challenge.
From Friday 5th to Saturday 6th September 2025, the Had Fab team will climb the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon) — all within 24 hours.
With approximately 24 miles of hiking and over 3,000 metres of ascent, this challenge is no small feat. It is, however, a fitting tribute to someone who never backed down from a challenge and always climbed higher, both personally and professionally.
Climbing for a Cause
This isn’t just about the mountains — it’s about making a meaningful difference. In her final days, Jayne and her family received compassionate care from both Macmillan Cancer Support and Marie Curie. To honour her memory and support others facing similar journeys, all proceeds from the challenge will go directly to these two incredible charities.
Join Us on the Journey
Whether you’re part of the Had Fab family, a friend of Jayne’s, or simply inspired by the cause, we invite you to be part of the Jayne Harrison Challenge:
Together, we climb.
Together, we remember.
Together, we make a difference.
