Had Fab is Delighted to Announce the First Winner of Our Newly Launched Health and Safety Employee of the Month Scheme
We are delighted to announced that in 2024 we have launched our new Health and Safety Employee of the Month Initiative.
Designed to recognise outstanding achievement in an already outstanding Had Fab workforce, the award acknowledges individuals who are really making their mark in embracing and implementing regulatory Health and Safety Policies.
January’s winner is Logan Jenson who has been with the Had Fab business for only six months and who is already making a huge impact across the company.
Joining Had Fab as an Apprentice Fabricator Welder, Logan is certainly leading by example, consistently demonstrating his commitment to the business and its Health and Safety Procedures. Logan unfailingly gets the basics right every time, always making sure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used correctly and making sure that he supports his colleagues to follow this regulation.
We’re incredibly proud of our Had Fab team and are extremely proud of Logan who – in his first job – is proving to be a huge asset to the business and an amazing role model to all of us.
