We’re delighted to announce Keith Crawford as our Employee of the Month for August. Keith demonstrated a proactive approach to health and safety during a lifting task. He identified the lifting requirement and checked that the team used the correct 5T chains. He stopped the task, assessed the situation and made sure the team had the right equipment.
By taking action, Keith helped maintain high safety standards and protect his colleagues. His actions show how everyone can contribute to a strong safety culture at Had Fab.
