A huge congratulations to Alan Scoular, our Health & Safety Employee of the Month for July!
Alan was recognised for his proactive approach to safety while operating the flanging machine. After noticing that the tooling was beginning to buckle and was being pushed to its limits, Alan raised his concerns and suggested exploring a redesigned solution with our Design team.
Following discussions with colleagues, work is now underway on a new tooling design that will not only improve efficiency but also provide a safer, more robust solution for the future.
At Had Fab, we believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a safer workplace. Alan’s willingness to speak up, identify a potential issue and help drive a long-term improvement is a fantastic example of the safety culture we strive to build every day.
