July 2026 Health & Safety Employee of the Month
A huge congratulations to Alan Scoular, our Health & Safety Employee of the Month for July!
Alan demonstrated a proactive approach to safety while operating the flanging machine.He noticed the tooling starting to buckle and recognised that it was reaching its limits. Alan raised his concerns and suggested exploring a redesigned solution with our Design team.
Following discussions with colleagues, the team is now developing a new tooling design. The new design will improve efficiency while providing a safer and more robust solution for the future.
At Had Fab, everyone has a role to play in creating a safer workplace. Alan spoke up, identified a potential issue and helped drive a long-term improvement. His actions provide a great example of the safety culture we strive to build every day.
