Apprentice of the Year 2026

Had Fab recently brought colleagues together for its annual Summer Event, providing an opportunity to recognise the talent, dedication and achievements of our apprentices.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the Jayne Harrison Apprentice of the Year Award, an award created in memory of Had Fab co-founder Jayne Harrison. The award reflects Jayne’s passion for apprenticeships and her belief that there are many different routes to building a successful and fulfilling career.

Five apprentices were nominated for this year’s award in recognition of their commitment, development and contribution to the business:

Following feedback from colleagues across the business, Jamie Robertson was announced as the 2026 Apprentice of the Year.

Commenting on the award, Had Fab Managing Director Greg Scott said:

“What set this year’s winner apart was the consistent feedback we received, not just about their technical skills and work ethic, but about their care for others. That genuine care, willingness to support and help those around them, was something Jayne valued immensely and something that truly embodies the spirit of this award.”

Jamie’s recognition reflects not only his technical development and work ethic, but also the positive contribution he makes to those around him.

Congratulations to Jamie, and to all five nominees, on this well-deserved recognition.
