September 2026 Health & Safety Employee of the Month
Congratulations to David Smith, our Health & Safety Employee of the Month for September!
David earned his nomination through his proactive approach to maintaining safe working practices. While passing colleagues and a third-party inspector, David noticed they were heading to the check erection. He reminded them that hard hats were required before entering the area. David then accompanied them to collect the necessary PPE and explained why it was important.
His willingness to speak up and share his knowledge sets a strong example for others. David’s actions help reinforce the positive safety culture we aim to maintain across Had Fab.
