COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING YOUNG TALENT IN STEM
Had Fab has always prided itself on its apprenticeship programme which – to date – has seen many apprentices come through the business.
Firmly committed to this programme, we are pleased to announce that the business has a record number of apprentices working for us this year with eleven young people learning their trades through Had Fab.
One of these includes Rory McKinley who through their Fabricator Welder apprenticeship programme is learning key skills including, engineering practice, drawing interpretation, welding processes, cutting, fabrication, crane, counter balance operation and welding to name a few.
Our commitment to young people is not only through our ongoing pledge to every year employ a strong cohort of apprentices but is also evident in our pursuit of making sure we continually support and develop talent. This was demonstrated very recently when we attended the Developing the Young Workforce Event in Edinburgh where we actively promoted our support for graduates and apprentices wanting to embark on a career in STEM.
