Announcing the Second Winner of Our Health and Safety Employee of the Month Scheme
Following the successful launch of our Health and Safety Employee of the Month Scheme this year, we are delighted to announce the second winner of this award is telehandler, Alan Redpath.
A member of the Had Fab team for over three years, Alan is hugely experienced, hard working and conscientious and wins the award based on his exemplary dedication to ensuring the safe operation of plant and machinery across the Had Fab site.
Designed to recognise outstanding achievement in an already outstanding Had Fab workforce, Had Fab’s Health and Safety Employee of the Month Scheme was launched to acknowledge individuals who are really making their mark in embracing and implementing regulatory Health and Safety Policies.
Alan wins February’s award based on his commitment to making sure tasks are carried out in line with approved risk assessment processes and ensuring the safest methods of working are adhered to at all times.
