Along with this overall service, comes the delivery of our products and structures, which recently we have made some changes to, to make sure customer satisfaction is as good as it can be.
Had-Fab Ltd has implemented changes to the operations team recently taking the opportunity to reorganise after the departure of Jim Nelson who was our Operations Manager since November 2016. Jim was a key member of the management team and we thank him for his contributions over the last two years and wish him well in the future.
Due to the departure of one of our key team members, certain changes had to be made to our operation and as a result we have appointed Victoria Toner as Production Planning and Improvement Manager and Alan Robertson as Manufacturing Manager.
As new Production Planning and Improvement Manager, Victoria already has an excellent track record in production planning and will bring a new level of excellence to our planning, scheduling, capacity management and program management performance. Manufacturing Manager, Alan, has returned to Had-Fab bringing back 25 years of experience previously in Had-Fab to take control of manufacturing operations to further improve our project delivery performance.

In order to further strengthen our capability, we have initiated a search for a world-class overall Head of Operations who can lead the team to deliver our 5-year vision of operational excellence and take Had-Fab to the next stage in our evolution.
