June’s Joint Employees of the Month: Andy McNeil & Jamie Robertson
At Had Fab, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to maintaining a secure and proactive working environment relies on the vigilance and dedication of our entire team — and sometimes, exceptional actions deserve special recognition.
For June, we are proud to announce Andy McNeil and Jamie Robertson as our very first joint Employees of the Month.
While performing their duties, both Andy and Jamie independently, and at the same time, identified the need to make safe a loaded truck. Without hesitation, they alerted the operator, who was able to act.
The award recognises the importance of the shared safety culture operating across all levels of Had Fab.
We would like to praise Andy and Jamie for their attentiveness and teamwork. Their actions have set an excellent example of the values we uphold in our business.
