Celebrating Safety and Initiative with October’s Employee of the Month
At Had-Fab safety, teamwork and initiative are core values that define how the organisation operates. One of the key ways the company recognises those values in action is through its Employee of the Month initiative and for October, the award was very well deserved.
Recognising Excellence
We’re delighted to announce that the October Employee of the Month is Jordan Allison, who is based at our Penston Yard site. Jordan has been awarded the accolade for his proactive and safety-focused initiative, setting up a temporary loading bay specifically to enable the safe unloading of acetylene.
By creating a clearly designated area for the delivery, Jordan ensured that the operation could be carried out with the correct controls, segregation, and safe access, demonstrating not only technical awareness but also personal ownership of the site’s safety culture.
At Had-Fab, the Employee of the Month scheme is more than just recognition, it’s a way of reinforcing the strong safety culture that prevails within the business, and which helps drive continuous improvement.
The Employee of the Month award is a reminder of how each individual’s actions contribute to the wider success and safety of our business.
