September 2026 Health & Safety Employee of the Month
Congratulations to David Smith, our H&S Employee of the Month for September!
David was nominated for his proactive approach to maintaining safe working practices. While passing colleagues and a third-party inspector on their way to the check erection, he took the time to ensure they were aware that hard hats were required. He then accompanied them to collect the necessary PPE and explained the importance of wearing it.
His willingness to speak up, share his knowledge and look out for the safety of others is a great example of the positive safety culture we aim to maintain across Had Fab.
