Congratulations to Victoria Toner, our Health & Safety Employee of the Month for May!
While steelwork was being transported, Victoria identified a potential safety risk. She noticed a tractor and trailer indicating in opposite directions. Victoria quickly raised the issue and helped reduce the risk of a road traffic incident.
Her quick response highlights the importance of staying alert and taking action when something doesn’t look right. Victoria’s actions reflect the strong safety culture we continue to build across Had Fab. They also demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement and keeping everyone safe.
