This December, we are delighted to celebrate Alan Scoular as our Health and Safety Employee of the Month. A dedicated member of the Had Fab family since 2015, Alan is a cornerstone of our Secondary Operations department.
Alan’s outstanding achievement stems from his exceptional performance during the recent fixed machinery competency assessments. These evaluations are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the highest safety standards across all operations. During his assessment, Alan demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge in the safe operation of the Digibend machine. His understanding and proactive approach were so remarkable that it inspired us to revise some of the assessment questions, ensuring they more comprehensively address the hazards and best practices for safe operation.
